tag_selfcheck.py's maiden run WARNs: table repo_docs is empty, so ?page=repodocs ('No repo documentation ingested yet') and SemanticSearch both render empty-states. No ingester exists in this repo's tooling — the docs/README ingestion likely belongs to jazz-forge's pipeline (which populated it at the old home). Either port/point that ingester at the canonical config/forge home and the 263 registered remotes, or build a minimal ingest tool here (walk each repo's docs/ + README via git, insert into repo_docs).
