TicketList steps column reads backwards: '0 of 8' means DONE, looks like 'nothing done'

The progress column renders latest steps_remaining as 'X of Y' where X=remaining, Y=total lifecycle steps. So a DONE ticket shows '0 of 8' — which reads as '0 of 8 done' (nothing done) when it means 8/8 complete. Fix: render as steps-DONE not steps-remaining (e.g. '(Y-X) of Y' -> '8 of 8', or a 'done'/'X left' label). checkouts/current/congruency/invocators/tags/dev/TicketList.php.
