Prove/disprove the search finds SIMILAR code, not noise: seed known duplicate/near-duplicate functions across repos and measure recall@k + precision; verify returned paths/repos are correct and associated tickets are the RIGHT ones (not spurious). Adversary: craft a snippet whose only true match is in an obscure repo — the search must surface it. Gate: recall@10 above a threshold set in #r_design.
