STOP: #442 is SUPERSEDED by #443 - its immutable body names jail.git canonical, which is WRONG
goal
STOP brake for #442 (forge family tree tool).
#442's body contains an acceptance criterion written from MY error: it requires the tool to 'correctly name jail.git as the canonical tip over agent_tools_suite.git'. The operator has since corrected this: jail is NOT canonical and NOT a destination. jail was an expedient (packages wrapped in a folder, tests cleaned up in a hurry); it is 'the fork that came home' - its contents merge BACK into the existing/main repos, the main repo is updated, jail's code becomes redundant because the updated codebase contains it, and jail is then omitted.
Ticket bodies are immutable and the worker prompt renders ONLY title+body (no journal), so the correction journaled on #442 would NEVER reach a pair - it would faithfully build the wrong model. Hence supersede rather than amend.
SUPERSEDED BY #443, which carries the corrected body: FORK-CAME-HOME classification (same git shape as LINEAR, distinguished only by intent, so the tool proposes and never auto-decides direction), an operator-supplied per-PACKAGE home mapping, and the mechanical containment retirement gate.
DO NOT dispatch #442.
