Bug: remove the redundant in-DB 'Source' link from the header nav (page=source); keep the forge 'Source' (page=tree)

The header nav renders TWO 'Source' links: page=source (the in-DB self-hosted running source, code_refs.is_current) and page=tree (the forge source-tree browser). Redundant + confusing. REMOVE the page=source 'Source' entry from the header nav, keep page=tree labeled 'Source' (the forge browser is the real source home per #228). Locate the layout/nav that emits the 'Pages · Tags · ... · Source · ... · Source · ...' bar (grep the boot/layout or a Nav tag for the two Source anchors) and drop the page=source one. ACCEPTANCE: the header shows exactly ONE 'Source' link, pointing at page=tree; page=source may still exist as a route but is not linked from the header.
